No, The Lost and Damned is an expansion for GTA IV. It also get's released on a disc with the other Expansion ''The Ballad of Gay Tony'' in Europe. It is already released in the US, I think..

That thing with ZIT happens because you call trying to find the name of a new song while you're playing regular GTA: IV. You need to be playing The Lost and Damned for ZIT to be able to tell you the titles of the new additions.

They should, though I've noticed that TLaD can be somewhat glitchy. You're better off finding the song name by calling zit in the original GTA, or just finding it online.
