If you lose $500, you can always make another $500.
Call the Attorney General for your state. ASK them "Is cash gifting or leveraging" a legal way to create income. Simple questions the Attorney General will ask:

Far different from giving to a loved one, friend in need, or charity organization.

I am not a defender of it nor am I involved but cash gifting IS NOT illegal. To my understanding, a person can recieve LEGALLY up to 11-12k (Not sure on the exact amount but it's right around there)per person without tax consiquence.
The recruiting aspect of it CAN be a grey area in some states and be construed as a pyramid scheme. Risk involved? Of course but whether a person gets involved or not and assumes that risk is up to them. But don't criminalize it by reputation, Learn the facts.

Thanks for the warning.The reason i've never tried any of the cash gifting systems it's because i always thought that it was somewhat illegal.But there's one thing that gets to me is that how many people talk about this being illegal activity but no one ever gets arrested.I've searched online for any information but nothing shows up and so far i haven't seen anything on the news.About 90% of the business opportunities online are pure scams but still the government doesn't do anything about it.

How come we don't see raids on tv! Arrests after arrests of every scammer?
Now it comes to the point of money in banks. People who have "fired" their employers are getting thousands of dollars in their accounts. How do they justify the money? They're gifts right? And yes, IRS 950 (revised every year) states that you can give a gift up to 12k. And yes it states that you should not expect to receive anything in return. Listen to her closely. She is coming from fear, and complete misunderstanding of what cash gifting is, in comparison to how MLM and pyramid schemes operate. No one stepped forward to give her money because that's not how CG works, LOL! She is saying over and over that it is illegal. Maybe she didn't check with the IRS the way I did? Read IRS doc 950 at their website. And know that TOCS is just one group offering cash gifting activities. Keep looking if TOCS doesn't appeal to you.

I should've specified, I wanted 1 person to send the start up cost. It would only strengthen the tocs cause. I mean there are people put there who will put up money they can't afford to lose only to actually lose it. I don't want to risk my money unless I know it is a sure thing which this isn't. You don't know who your money is going to or if it's going to come back. The risk is just too great. There will be some desperate person who will ride everything on this and could lose it all.

Yes but the people who join something like Avon( only because it's only $10 for a sign up Mary kay is about $150) are going to get something out of it if they work it. You don't lose thousands of dollars here. Yo are taking control of your future and you know where your money is going.
Now I'm not saying Mary K Avon Tupperware etc is for everyone but, at least the risk is not as great. I would rather lose $10 than $1000.

It breaks down to there are people who have lost money on this. what would i do umm id contact a team leader who is involved in cash gifting and talk to them ... i would also go tot he back office i have and figure out waht i can do to market this free or paid marketing . i would not sit and complain about it because i took the chance .. it is a real job you have to work at it for it to work
