Have to agree with unleashedutube here. The holiday makers can be an absolute nightmare. If they're not starting fights, alot of them can be found littering the beaches or getting into trouble in the water after ignoring the lifeguards. There may be over 7 miles of sandy beaches, but unspoilt they are not.
Im not saying all holiday makers are like this though, and if you come here and respect the place then good on you and have an awesome time.
i live in Newquay and the ONLY crime i ever hear about is from the holiday makers when they have been drinkin too much.
i think its about time this video got up-dated and maybe some of the b&bs on Henver road could be mentioned as there are many. there is a lot to offer and Newquay is always bein up-dated. would be nice to get a cinema here to keep people spendin more in the area
I have to admit there are some great shops and pubs and places to eat in Newquay and the beaches are clean and great for families and surfers. and views of the Atlantic are brilliant and the sea is crystal clear and dark blue.
I admit I would love to live there, it's just some of the crime that happens there, but you're very lucky to live there, it's a great holiday place with something for everyone!
The places on the outskirts of Newquay like Porth (which is actually a part of Newquay seen at 0:35), Crantock, Hollywell bay, Perranporth & Mawgan Porth are nice, but the town's crap (too big) & there are loads of drunk surfers, I mean the coastline & the beaches & some of the shops are great, but the actual is too lively for families, better to go to places on the outskirts of it like Porth or Perranporth.
Lol, i guess it looks like that but i live in newquay and everyones always goin on about how rough newquay is but i really dont think it is, i can see why people would think it is but i can say i've only ever seen anythin bad in newquay like once.
If you are a family who enjoy exposing your children to drunken twats and puking morons and have a very low expectation then Newquay is the perfect destination.
We're are going to Newquay in July and I'm really thrilled. It must be absolutely fantastic. We don't know yet where to stay, cause there are so much possibilities.
1:20 OMG IT'S THE YELLOW TRAIN if you live in newquay you will understand what i mean if your comeing on holiday here don't ever go on it also i think i saw my house lol when there was a long shot of lusty
Nothing about what the nightlife is REALLY like down here :P

Looks like a building site cuz loads of hotels have been knocked down 2 build expensive flats.
No entertainment other than pubs/clubs/titty bars.
More crime.
Locals can't have bbq's n beach parties on loads of the beaches now. etc etc etc

Newquay is full of two types of people. Northern drunk wankers who are vile, and surfers who are really borig and talk abot nothing but waves. Fun..
