I think that sparkle looked like Austin's Samba top. So my guess is Austin's dressing room. There's one clip in the bbc website that showed Erin and Austin eating apples as their 'snacks' and Tom commented: picture of health! So the healthy food is another indication. (the pros don't normally eat very healthily)...
