So I got Sim 1 to join a secret society and stole that Necromancy telephone. Now, independently of Sim 1, Sim 2 did the same thing - but there was no Necro telephone. So is my assumption right that these lots do not get resetted every time you visit them since they're community lots? Could I delete the university (it's pre-made, the only thing I changed was adding all kinds of expensive trash to the houses where you live together with NPCs) and re-add it to the neighborhood? Would that work?

@CoconutPalms96 you make friends as you do with all other sims-talking and so on.they wear black ilama suits but not always and you meet them at dorms(usally in a hurry to go away from your sim) or community lots-don't try the gym coz you can't see the ilama suit :-)
