Ateya, I used to have enuff hair to actually wear this wet set...all mine! But its been a minute. My hair is over processed at the moment and shedding due to medication I am taking. It is long but thin!! Thanks for sportin' the curlie do, it made me wanna get some extensions where as I have been wiggin' it. I think you wear the style well. Amd I don't think its outdated at all. Have you by chance seen a style called the waterfall? Instead of a straight swoop, the frt iz fingerwaved? Very pretty!

Ateya, I'm on the Aphogee Regimen and my hair is shedding alot. I'm only using the Two-Step every 6 weeks and I'm using the Two-Minute every week. I skipped this week because I swept up so much hair. I'm also due for a perm. What do you recommend.

@silverenia7 You can try a garlic rinse (google it for more details) thats supposed to be good against shedding. Now r u sure its shedding and not breakage? Shedded hairs have little white bulbs at the end. If its breakage, deep condition overnight with 2 shower caps and make sure u r being gentle with ur new growth. I don't know whether you live in a colder climate but your hair will shed when it gets colder. I would say drink more water and also keep your hair hydrated with either olive oil or shey butter sheen. You will shed if you are over due for your perm too.

hello i was wondering if you know about the semi wig semi weave caps where you have to braid your real hair all around your head except the middle where then you have to put on the cap and pull the unbraided part of your hair through the hole in the cap. its like a full wig except it has a square hole in the center of the cap....ive been looking every where but i dont know the name as to why my searches have been unsuccessful

I lived in Memphis for a year and they stay rocking the spiral curls. I would see a lot of women wearing this hairstyle and I did not live in the "GHETTO". Also women would coming out of the salon with a lot of dated styles like the french roll and crimps.

The hairstyle is okay but it's a little too girlish. The curls are too tight and for people saying this is "the look" in Memphis, ummm no. I live in Memphis born and raised and this is not how most women wear their hair. They're rocking the same hairstyles you will see in any other urban city. However women here wear they're hair in all different kinds of curls including spirals but it's has a more grown look to it. This kind of look like a look from a children's beauty pageant.
