@erutufon I bought my copy (as well as the other Chinese animations I own) through Yesasia, but the collection is now listed as "out of stock" unfortunately (products on that website go mysteriously "out of stock" or "out of print" all the time). You may have better luck on eBay. Try searching "Te Wei", "Chinese animation", "Cowboy's Flute" or something like that if you want to buy this film. Keep in mind though, the DVDs are PAL format only.
Where did you buy these videos? I'm searching for these cartoons in dvd but no luck
