Not mandatory, as I was finishing a sentence, and as such, the word "and" was connecting both the sentences. A comma would have only been required if I had typed three different sentences, and it would have been used between the first and the second.

1. "English isn't even my mother language"

2. "I can spell better than you two retards together".

"And", used as a connector, does not need a comma.
