The season 7 premiere was so phenomenal. It truly made up for the off whack plot of last season. So much happened in "Meet The New Boss", and this 2nd episode looks like it's going to be just as great. But I don't think that Sam is really still in the cage, he can't be. That would mean that the whole part of last season after Sam got his soul back would be fake, and I don't think they would have taken the time to do all of that just to make it not reality.

cas is awesome too but i really hope we get to see lucifer back a lot more.,in my opinion lucifer got very little time on season 5 i mean for being lucifer(the biggest baddast of them all) it was just weak how much time ho got.

Well they did say Castiel wont be a regular for atleast half a season(maybe more or less) so i hope they bring in more of Lucifer

Also i think we can all agree that ending Cas(leviathan):Cas is well,dead(i mean his face was pure awesomnes)! :D

I thought season 6 was very, very mediocre and all over the place in terms of  storytelling and pacing, and there was only like 2/3 very good episodes. However, the first episode of season 7 was FANTASTIC and i loved everything about it. Although i'm pissed they killed off Cas (i think he's gone for real this time) hopefully season 7 continues this quality because after season 6 i wished it ended at season 5, something i never thought i would do.

@ibanezbloke Hallucination, definitely. It'd be a cop-out to make all of that a hallucination. I can see them pulling that for one, maybe two, episodes. But an entire season? No way.

I mean, the only way around it would be to have Lucifer actually be fucking with his mind, in an external capacity, but still have the real world be the 'real world.'

Remember that ending? It seemed like he was actually there in the flesh. But it was explained he was a ghost. There are plenty of movies with similar ideas to this. Perhaps it is just him going nuts. But you never know.

I hated just about all of season 6 (Weekend at Bobby's was the only episode I really liked) and wasn't even going to watch season 7, but after hearing it got great reviews I decided to give it a chance. It blew me away. Next week looks great too, hopefully they'll be able to keep it up for the entire season. I loved this show and don't want to remember it ending with dragons and faeries.

wow you know after season 3, i started to really not show as much appreciation to the show. Just selected episodes from season 4 and up. But this season, wow! It brought me right back in. Bringing Mark back. Epic. And seeing Sam more sympathetic then dean. Just like season 1. Perfect. And I gotta give it to misha. I thought his role over stayed the welcome but he proved me wrong. He can act as not only wanna be god but the new big bad. Props. cant wait for more.!!!

Holy crap. Tonights episode, just the one makes up for the entire shitfest of season 6 already in my mind. Too early of course to tell if the rest of the series will live up to this high standard already but I haven't been this excited for Supernatural since season 4.
