But I think if marijuana SALES were legalized it would add FDA regulations (since they have to approve and regulate those types of things), and therefore make reduce the quality of marijuana (it wouldn't be organic, organic would jack up the price, etc.). But growing it should be legalized!

Yet, if it was legal;

- it would be far more expencive (state would put big taxes on it)

- the state would claim monopoly on growth

- everybody would do it, it would lose its 'touch'

- due to the high prices the black marked would exist anyway and its usage would be illegal too, so it wouldn't be much different
