most grains and cereals aret even good for you! its safe to assume you dont eat bread. everyone who has eaten a 'breaded" product containing Wheat, corn syrup, or soy, are so incredibly allergic to it. Hardly anyone rotates their diet anymore, and sure enough if you eat the same things over and over you'll develope an allergy to it.
I am dissapointed the link didn't discuss the phytic acid found in grains and cereals that blocks mineral and vitamin absorption. Even the "milk myth" is unknown

i agree if ate a lot of whole grains...i think id gain weight but i dont think you can get fat from eating a lot of fruits or vegetables though unless you fry em up or put lotsa sugar in them. but diet shouldnt be so hard to understand. no need to be rocket scientists or spend loads of money. Natural fruits and vegetables, little to no meat, lots of water and EXERCISE!
