I just made a chocolate pudding the other night. Looked up a recipe on line and kind of winged it. Avo, cacao, coconut oil, vanilla, honey, salt, water. Good stuff. I brought it to work for my co-workers and clients to try and I think it may of inspired them to look into raw foods. It's the decadent recipes that seem to pique their interest the most. One thing is for sure. Raw food is spreading across the Globe. Yipee: )

OMG!!!!!! hahaha.. this is the most delicious mousse i've ever eaten in my life!! seriously, i just made it for the 1st time now.. as if there would be any non-raw person in the world who wouldn't luv it? i actually only had 1/2 an avo in my fridge so i halved the ingredients matt used & used cacao butter to make up the other half of the avo.. sooooo creamy & rich and smooth... yummm

I've made that chocolate pudding too and usually non-raw people love it! I agree with your dad, it's better out of the fridge and cold mmm. Once I even made a pie out of it using a non-raw graham cracker crust for a party.

YAY! First to watch! We actually make the same thing ourselves occasionaally but also put in Purple Corn extract and Etherium Gold! Such a great dessert. Thankyou for inspiring us to have it again tonight! :D
