@Nooblaster2 If memory serves me I remember reading somewhere that while The Forerunner Dreadnought has an impressive weapons system it was originally designed to work in tandem with several smaller ships in order to increase it's firing capability's.

@tav09129 I would take a guess of a UNSC Supercarrier. They are known to exist with the Trafalgar participating and being destroyed at the Battle of Reach. They were few in number and were only used to defend the most precious of inner colonies. Which makes me wonder there wasnt at least 1 present at Earth. But I think its great that you included one. Most would probably overlook that class of ship.

The UNSC formation is all wrong... Frigates would form the Battle Group perimeter, NOT Halcyon Cruisers, It should be the other way round, Halcyon's have the more powerful armament, but are more cumbersome, so the Frigates would be surrounding them, defending them against enemy bombers, basically being mobile point-defence as the Cruisers open up their MAC cannons and Archer missiles from a distance. Frigates are significantly more manouverable than Cruisers.

Those aren't halcyons, or at least not supposed to be. POA was one of the last, and plus they were some of the most oldest ships in the fleet, if not the oldest. They would have been either destroyers or newer class of cruisers known as the Marathon-class.

Its a halcyon................as i stated before, the formation is wrong. There are only like 21 left and there guarding the inner planets, but still, i did it for fun.........................an­d marathon class cruisers have a little indent at the bottom of the hull unlike Halycons which are straight cut.

@rakibghanam117 Not destroyers. Although they are one of the UNSCs more powerful units and with almost as much armor as cruisers, they wouldnt create the backbone of a UNSC fleet. Those would be the Marathons as you have stated. But Halcyons were also known for their ruggedness. They could sustain heavy barrages from Covenant Cruisers and still be relatively intact, thats there were still some left in the first place. So even though it didnt happen, they would still be good canidates for fleets.

you should turn off the lines as well. When I created these models I was switching between sketchup and max using a 3ds format thus making all the more unnecessary lines. Your animation will run smoother without them as well.

this is in the year 2552, when there were about 15 of them. Reach is part of the inner colonies, so there are lots of them.

After watching this video on friends computers i have noticed that it jerks alot

they are not picture it is an animation but it seems there is an error in the code that i will change

and it also looks very cartoony on here, whereas it is not ment to be

i shall re-release this trailer when the problems have been sorted
