the metro stop is sant marti. when you get up from the metro walk a couple of blocks away from the beach then you see a wide park on the left, that's where the rail is!
I was there july of 07, i thought the same thing but i had no problems skating any where in barca. With the exception of the upper part of macba while the museum is open durring the day. But i skated macba,Universitat, Fondo, parallel, and the waterfront with no problems

Dude, I read in Transworld SKATEboarding magazine that they were making it illegal to skate in Barcelona... Is that true?! I hope not... o.O
