McCain spent many years as a prisoner of war in Vietnam. I think he knows a thing or two about honor. I personally believe that any candidate running for president should have prior military service, that way dispicable people like Obama would not even be eligible.

The MSM's primary is maintain the illusion of a a democractic system so they apologize and rationalize for a corrupt election system that has generated a GOP candidate like McCain. They need him as much as he needs them without whom they might have to think about something else to blather on about.

It's in their interest to keep up the illusion of a campaign that might be close so they in fact work to make it appear close.

Here are two reasons why the media and John McCain are right to accuse Obama of being unpatriotic:

1) Obama refuse to accept McCain's belief that American military intervention is the only real solution to international problems.

2) Obama is willing to let our elderly depend on government handouts instead of replacing Social Security with private retirement accounts.
