First Aid Kit Part 1

i used to carry a large kit like that but now i just carry a small one and use whats arround me for extended care like plants and such. however i have studied for yrs on what to use and intern with doctors for two yrs that use herbal remedies. it really lightens the load. i am getting the staples though. so much easier to use. if im in a group i take a bigger bag or if im doing search and rescue as a wilderness first responder.
