Actually I can confirm that a LOT of "straight" men prefer dating crossdressers or "drag queens" simply because in general CDs are more old fashioned "feminine" than a lot of todays women are. Most real women don`t go thru all the makeup, glamour and gowns etc that men enjoy seeing "women" in. Don't believe me? Make a profile online as a real woman and another as a crossdresser. I will bet your "crossdresser" persona will get hit on a LOT more.

I wonder if CDs are getting sloppy these days. I see more simply wearing pants (made for girls, i.e. closure opposite direction). These ladies are feminine dressed but I wonder as looks like this video is at least 10 years old.

CDs need to keep high standards, otherwise what's the point? After all, wearing dresses (with the foundations underneath) is different than wearing pants and CDs seeking men can competively use their skills over GGs.

@mdolivetti I'm not sure where you are seeing these "CDs" you talk about. Go to any big crossdressing convention like SCC or Gold Rush and you will be hard pressed to find a CD in pants. For that matter go to any local CD/TG support group outing and the same will be true. Very few in pants or jeans. Perhaps you are reffering to TS (transsexuals). Since they wish to live fulltime as female they tend to dress like "real women" and thus will wear more pants since GGs do.

Maybe it's the SF bay area is the worst for women's fashions. If not pants it's casual skirts, very casual. Many of CDs at Carla's and DeFrank Center are very "toned down." Exception events where CDs wear dresses such as Calif Dreamin and Cotillion (both recently cancelled). Perhaps a formal gown is a bit much for an average night on town but at least a classy feminine look. There are CDs in tight skirts and very high heels at Divas (but that's for another topic......)
