@hugmeshootme Banshees out of a reactored starport? And switching would have really slowed down the viking harass and the medivac drop. Most times I've seen this tactic people drop the marines and the vikings on the high ground above the expansion. Focus down queens for a free escape and slowing of larva injects. It's not like your going to kill their entire base with 4 vikings, 8 marines and a medivac :P This, along with the killing of overlords can really slow the zerg down.

But anyway, good game. I don't think mutas would've done that great, as the vikings and marines would've nuked them quite hard, and when the vikings landed, the lings would've died pretty easily without the roaches to soak up the damage.

Don't know what psy is talking about, scrap station is the worst map for roaches and the best for ling/banneling /mutas.

They can still be iused if you like them and bc roaches are good units overall, but no matter what, this map sucks for roaches.

@00calvera Not really, at least against protoss. They love to cannon FE here, and fast roaches are a near guaranteed win against that if you hit early. Roaches can also outrange a lot of defenses behind the rocks so it's easier to break into the natural.

Definitely wouldn't say it sucks for them "no matter what". And obviously he just won here with roaches basically so....
