Too much feedback on the mike so have given up with that for the time being.
One thing to do this in short bursts when you have traffic lights to allow you to take a breather :) Not sure its sufficient preparation for real racing... this is just a bit of harmless fun.

You should try racing or time trials if you already dont.. Why no sound
