You can ride horses in the cities. If you have an active quest that is inside the city, you just type in the cheat code 'movetoqt'. You MUST be on the horse while doing this, and you'll get stuck if it teleports you in a house.

There is no such thing as a resurrect spell, so I cant help you, the closest hing to a resurrect spell would be the spell that Relmyna from the shivering isles uses to resurrect her test subjects, but that only works on her test subjects...soo yeah..

@pileofDH There actually is if you have The Shivering Isles expansion pack, but it willl only resurrect for like 30 seconds I think, lol. You can also get a staff at the end of the Mages Guild Questline that will resurrect for 30 seconds... Other than that there's really no other way. And I think It only works on humans, too.

oh and you must (after pausing) click on the object you want to resurrect (here you horse) when you do that its id will apper at the top of your screen then type in resurrect and hit enter and un pause the game then your horse or whatever should be alive.
