@ lamjer68....... Let me correct you here..... Hood pins are not only used to secure the hood of a car that is capable of high speeds. The are used to secure the hood to the car PERIOD!!! Maybe you dont realize some after market hoods dont come with HOOD LATCHES hence the use of HOOD PINS... You dont have to go "high speeds" to have a hood fly up causing damage or worse.. just some FYI ;-)
