Anyways, I wondered if they used Max PP to maximize the PP for all moves. As well as perfect IV's.

You can buy an unlimited amount of PP Ups, but she may also just have Pokesav, so I could be wrong there as well. (Using three is the same as PP Max.)

You get them via Lotto or PickUp.

Um...other than the two methods I have mentioned, the only way to get PP Up in other games is via Mystery Gift in Generation II.

As far as PP Ups, I guess you're right. I must have just thought it went with the HP Ups and stuff at Veilstone. I did read that you have a 3% chance to get one with the Pick-Up ability on a pokemon level 81-90, and 5% on level 91-100.

Other than that, Zephyr, Wynn, Eria, Calcifer, Soul and Aura sound the best to me. It's harder to find male names that sound magical though.

On a side note, why are Leppa Berries so bountiful while Elixers are so rare? I mean, Berries are BETTER than merchandise items.

Don't worry, I use PokeSav. I'm too lazy to train all of the Pokemon I'd like to try. I tried doing it the right way, and never got anywhere. When I didn't know about competitive that was fine, but now, it's a different story.

Perfect IVs (in most cases) along with proper EV spreads (not over 508; The remaining 2 are unnecessary as 510 isn't divisible by four, it's just FF in hex multiplied by two.)

Cut off the bra part, or make it more like a jacket, either with zippers or buttons. (Zipper.)

Veilstone and Ribbon Syndicate Massueges and a Sooth Bell would maximize the power of Return in no time. Or unless Tauros is at minimum happiness, then never mind, go with Frustration.

I have tons of berries that raise happiness. And it isn't at lv 100, it's called a level cap. Nothing I train ever gets to lv 100.

I didn't do all of them on Platinum. The majority of Pokemon I use are from my Diamond game and I just traded them over.

Oh...yeah...I had a berry fest obsession too...got 300 of everything...

I mainly use it for EV accidents, but by the time you train things thoroughly enough, then happiness is maximum.

Of course, when you trade it in from Platinum, the happiness value resets, so I guess that's the problem with your spoiled bull buns.

If a stranger offers you green ham, you best be refusing it. If the stranger persists, get a restraining order.
