I think you do have talent but try and take a peek at other actresses notably British who have done the same monologue. The words are so imaginative so you really don't need to point out everything because we get it (You said tongue so you don't literally have to point). You have a good clear voice but try and remove the urge to overthink everything. Good luck =)
