yeah this is an old trick...you can actually get to liberty city via the interior universe like this.

those places he's going to are just interiors used in cut scenes and every other interior you walk into.

If you are playing ps2 you DONT need Gameshark or other cheat devices. Jetpack cheat will do the trick. Just do as braders67676 did.

I found some of these places by accident i was messing around in blue hell or the underworld and i found these places, it was cool but they are so high up in the sky and the max limit pulls me down unless i use a cheat device to disable max height, what system are you playing this on PC? PS2? Xbox

you almost dont need a cheat device but ive done it with just 1 cheat on my codebreaker using the reverse gravity code and thats it (other than the other cheats i use for unlim health armor ammo cannot be arrested, but i used the standard methods of getting to liberty city and i used the, actually its called "press L1 for negative gravity" on codebreaker and u push L! and CJ floats up, great for getting to very high places u cant reach via jetpack
