how do you get such speed? is it the rod (acme thread) I also have a retrofit cnc which is also ball and screw (acme thread) but it is very slow when i jog the axis

Write this number "370306618142" in search field on ebay and You'll get what I use or Trapezgewindespindel ,Trapezgewindemutter rg7.
The speed deepens on many things like driver (g540), stepper motors with low impedance , precision of parts I made etc.

I spent lot of money and time to make cnc machines.
I sold all of them and got my money back and now I make version 3 which will be one with suported rails and spindle with 1600 watt,
