can you ski all year round in the resorts of lake tahoe

@123columbo123 not all year, but backcountry generally December through May. Resorts usually close in mid to late April

Some you guys have enormous skis, is it worth it?

Have you tried them? If you ski powder a lot they are definitely worth it. It's less work and more like floating.

Not tried yet, my biggest is old Tua Sumo, will borrow some fat skis next winter :-)
