I was almost positive that the GM would return it, but it still made me nervous when all FFXI communities were wishing death on us and hoped we wouldn't get our trig back. lol
Warden would win no doubt about it. AV can be beat fairly easily these days by some shells. It just takes awhile. Warden on the other hand has not been beat even in 18 hours with a very skilled LS. In time, Warden will be figured out, like AV was. It's probably something really simple and stupid.
I tend to agree. AV is so yesterday! That being said, it will be ages before I get a linkshell that can kill him. ;( My first goal is to zerg Kirin LOL.
I zerged Kirin plenty of times, taking down in less than a minute and now that i got haidate a month ago. I dont want to see sky anymore. I'm so sick of sky, but i still need z mitts for my BLM as lame as that is, they are easy to get lol.
My LS consists of mostly PLDs and RDMs -- no joke! haha. We could definitely use some job variety... If we could somehow snag a couple BRDs, I'm sure we could do it.
I've been waiting... too long for Haidate lol. It seems that we only do Byakko on the random weeks I can't attend. ;(
I think most who zerg Kirin have atleast 3 or 4 bards and a few WARs, MNKs, NINs, SAMs, RNGs and all that, anything with a good DD potential. It's even more sickening if you have a DRK with a kraken club...and I hear ya about haidate, took me 3 years to get mine. I feel like its a sigh of relief. I can now make the best use of my NIN, MNK, and any other job that can use them like WAR, BST, or SAM that I have yet to level, BST is 61 though.
rofl you do get bragging rights about the atnm test. I bet that was a let down. Would be fun to try this mob for real, but getting around 80ish or so people for a 20+ hr fight would prove difficult.
It was certainly disappointing, and it happened so fast that everyone was like WTF HAPPENED. It's nice to have our own memorial wiki page though! lol.
Also, I think Square Enix changed Pandemonium Warden so that he depops after like 2 hours... which is possibly worse, until people figure him out. haha
