Vocaloid is tough to work with, but as a heads up, Vocaloid (not Vocaloid2) doesn't support .vsq's, it's MIDI files that work in the first Vocaloid program. =) And direct input of English characters don't work, because he has a Japanese vocabulary, of course. So 'Romance' would be something like 'Romansu' etc. Good job doing it from scratch!

They cost around $200, Luka is the only Japanese vocaloid so far that has an English voicebank
