  • any one got the sheet music for the violin part of the first song?

  • Just watch the vid a few times and you will pick it up by ear. It's not a difficult tune to learn. Good Luck

  • harper you idiot not harpist

  • One who plays the harp is a harpist, not a harper. And why are you so rude?

  • Just like to say that one who plays traditional music on a lever harp is a harper, one who plays classical music on a pedal harp is a harpist.

  • Why is she holding the bow so far away from the frog?

  • I think she doesn't want to poke Mary in the eye behind her. Ha haa!

  • the irish traditional way ^^

  • any1 know the name of the last reel??

  • Alot of Irish Music reminds me of 'Ol Time Southern Country Music.

  • Actually, bluegrass did derive from Irish music. There are a lot of similarities. I do prefer Irish over bluegrass though.

  • yeah! like appalachian stuff. It has some heavy irish influences- on Appalachia Waltz (with Mark O'Connor), there's a song called "Star of the Country Down", which is an Irish song (Star of the COUNTY Down), but I guess in America they didn't know about County Down or forgot about it, so the song name changed, although Country Down never made sense to me. ;)

  • down was spelled duin with a fada

and the english misspelled it and changed how you say it

  • How green I see if I close my eyes while the music goes on so sweetly...

  • Well done. lovely sounds well played.

  • Well played ladies.
