well their voices isnt the problem its the hokey sounding rythem sections in the full band versions of their songs they sound good when its just a guitar and them 2 whoever their produer was or arranger on the record are to be ashamed!

I weas at the Ryman auditorium on a tuesday afternoon standing outside by the satgedoor when I caught up with Steel Magnolia. They had gotten there about 7:20 pm and they were due to hit the stage at 7:30. They were in a rush, I spoke with them foe a moment and off they went through that stage door where all the legends had walked through before over the years, such as Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, Little Jimmy Dickens, charlie Pride, Billy Walker, Jean Shepard, Porter Wagnor, Dolly etc. WOW!!!!

Tonight is the first night I've ever heard them..not a country fan, but I am NOW! They are beautiful people and they sound absofreakinlutely amazing!

I heard some people say that they were using some technology to make their voices sound better...BUT, they don't know NOTHING!!! I know Josh and Megan. Megan used to run karoake here in Nashville and I've heard her sing! She needs NO help from anything! She has vocals that are REALLY strong. She would sing songs from Aretha Franklin, Alicia Keys, James taylor and several others and she would BLOW those songs AWAY!!! So if you go to see them play, you can count on the REAL thing!!
