Everybody has an accent. Depends on whose perspective it's coming from. When will people learn to accept that american english/pronunciation is not the only language in the world. Open your eyes people. There's a big world out there.
it's supposed to be capo'd at the third and that would have nothing to do with losing the Am "effect" he's strumming it differently is what the issue is. Still good though.

Try playin without second string on the first fret it's kind of a Am chord or a lazy A is what i call it. I also play it way slower then this version. I dunno to each his own i guess.

According to the sheet music I have for it, it says C, G, D, and Am with no capo. Doesn't mean I'm right though.
