Walter Jones is clearly genuinely upset about these lies and fraud that Cheney pulled over on the Congress and the American people with "Office of Special Plans". Walter Jones is the one that came up with the phrase "freedom fries" , and he sincerely regretted this after the truth came out. Blame Cheney!
