liste to my advice (I have the same drumkit heh :) )
take a square of toilet paper, and fold it twice. take another square and do the same with it aswell, and then put the one inside the other. put in on the snare, and tape it with some electrical tape. that will stop the squeaking, and your snare will sound awesome.
trust me...buy new cymbals and heads...well heads some time later...but cymbals suck....they are not cybmals...it's some kind of metal...they will be like this after some time /ˇˇˇˇˇˇˇˇˇ|ˇˇˇ\/ˇˇˇˇ\ | |... this will be ur cymbal if u know what i mean...crash will be crashed :D ....buy new ones..(my personal advice)
@D38tr0i3r haha, yeah I know. The crash is already like that, and I already hammered it into shape again. But I'm still waiting until I can find some nice cymbals for a good price to buy. I'm also thinking of changing my drum heads into something like Evans or Remo. Great quality drums though. If you spend a couple of hours tuning and watching tuning videos and tips you can get a really good sound. I recommend you watch some videos and read some tips.
I just bought a kit like this a couple of weeks ago. The kit was so easy to set up! I love it. The cymbals suck. The heads are fine, delicate though (so are the cymbals) but I think I'm buying new ones soon :D
yeah but i have remo coted on the snare and it sounds great i live but this is no good quality btw...i have remo coted on the snare aquiarian clear 12" remo ambasador 13" remo ambasador 16" remo powerstroke 3 20"...my bas drum sounds awsome
I have the same kit, mine sounds really good with evans heads, but the premier olympic snare is crap so i ot my self a tama snare and my kit sounds really nice now.
I have the very same kit, and it sounds nice re-headed. Can I offer a few words of advice? First, loosen the crash of a bit, sounded a bit choked, its nice to let cymbals ring. Secondly, try improving on tempo. I noticed that on fills and sometimes other times, you did a fill too quickly, or sped up. To improve, try playing to a metronome. This can really improve you, and will definetely help. Other than that it was really nice, I might steal some fills off you! =D

you got a groove going there you need to work on playing with a metronome to get your playing more steady.
