Looks great! We've discovered the glory of the spaghetti squash the last few years...we grow two hills of three plants a piece and harvest around 100 spaghetti squash from both those hills lol. It freezes great as well.
Marinate 24 hours, then dehydrate at 105 degrees for 8-12 hours until desired crunchiness. Serve over salads or eat alone. Store in a glass jar. Yummy!
Oh yeah we also process and freeze about 20 lb of Zucchini and add it to our spaghetti sauce...so I know Zucchini freezes good as well...

Lentil Crunchies, continued:
2 T. onion pdr.
1 T. garlic pdr. (1-2 garlic cloves)
1 T. nama shoyu or Bragg's Amino Acids
