If u use all Grimiores on him, he will turn to a frog for the whole fight. He cannot even attack in that form. I laughed myself near to death when i found that out xD

sorry but it was slow and choppy on my GBA cart. though not as bad as the vid, There was a few cases where the cursor would freeze and causing you to select the wrong attack. I also had some choppiness on mt. Ordeals, Eblan caverns, sylph caves(not land of monsters though), moon, and lunar caves).

tried 3 carts on 2GBA,1DS,2 DS lites.

And i get a thumbs down for stating a flaw that existed in many copies, that nearly killed this game? REALLY???

Either way, FFIV is still the best FF game.

Why did this version have to be plagued by bugs, and constant slowdowns? Curses to the department that rushed it, and nearly killed a classic.

It slowed down? unless you're using an emulator, it won't slow down on you.

no, i just beat him and i'm still having trouble with Brachioraidos

To be honest, when i fought him, he was extremely easy *_-

Yeah. Tho I guess he was the best attempt at being a hard boss that FF8 had.

After I found out that I could make my characters into gods by junctioning 100 of certain spells to their stats and just use regular attacks and limit breaks for staggering damage, it was all over for that game.

I used the limit break speedrun "tactic" to kill him. never got to see Terra Break...

You know, I still have my copy of FF8. Bought it to replace an old copy, haven't played it since tho.

Very true. Tho, there are exceptions. For instance, I liked Lost Odyssey and Mass Effect. Granted, Mass Effect has sex and violence, but the story is well written and the characters are well thought out.

But from the pervious generations, there were so many great RPG's. Final Fantasy Series is a prime example. Then there's Suikoden series, Phantasy Star series, Grandia 1 and 2, Skies of Arcadia, Lunar 1 and 2 as well as Chrono Trigger and Shining series. So many great games of the past.

You get it after you complete Kain's Trial. The thing is, you get 2 items that I think you need to wield at the SAME time in order to get dbljump.

I did read the description, but EG took 9999 damage right when the battle started and no Grimoires were used, so how did he get it to work before the battle?

Here's some trivia... Did you know that this name was given to the original Zeromus back on the English version on the SNES? Well, it stands for Easy Game because that version was very easy. It's ironic this name is given to him while it should be HAB... Hard-ass boss!

When I got here I thought this new version of Zeromus would have been much more difficult then the regular Zeromus. But to my surprise he wasn't all that difficult. Anyone else feel the same way?

You can pick your final party in the GBA version, something that was not in the SNES or DS version.

im not sure entirely but i dont think its level i think you need to finish there trials in this dungeon

i know in each trial you will get a specific item if you do the trial correctly and with the item you get he can upgrade a char ability i know cause i have them all :P

I use a Grimoire for that, you get one if you finish one of the trials for your characters.

Wow! Just like me! I always use that Grimoire. Even though he's imune to status effects, it seems to do 9999 damage and cast mini on him. To bad you don't get anything for beating him.
