I was at this gig, and it was the five peace band. The sax player is Kenny Garret.

guys theres no guy called brian blade the group is consisted from chick corea, john mclaughlin, chris mcbride on the bass, and kenny jarett if im not mistaken on the saxophone. You must see this concert this year. They came to my country and I didnt know them I heard them and immedately thought they are the best group ever. Every one of them freakin awesome and unique. Dont miss this concert.

You obviously don't know what you're talking about saying that 'theres no guy called brian blade.' Brian is the drummer touring with the band through asia, australia and I think the US.

And it's kenny garrett on saxophone.

Brian Blade is a fantastic player, granted.. but he seems like an odd choice for this gig. I guess they'll be taking things in a different direction? Who knows.

I KNOW!! I saw them a couple nights ago, and I was bummed too, but DUDE...brian blade was inSaNe...he had the tiniest drumset but he sounded like john bonham back from the dead or something. Incredibly loud! Even John looked amazed. The whole show was unbelievable, we gave them a 15 minute standing ovation at the end.

i tried to get tickets to show closest to me and they are sold out like months and months in advance. Been checking and waiting on you tube--please i know more of you are filming-it's so easy with a little digital camera--so please post more!! I saw RTF TWO times last summer and am still high off it!
