Forgive me if this is a stupid question,but does anyone know if the leg exercises they are doing are for strength or flexibility. Are they used only to warm up the muscles? because I can imagine they might have more vigorous exercises for strengthening their legs. Just wondering. Thanks. =)
It does strengthen your legs while your'e stretching, and it's a very easy stretch so they use it as a warmup..x) so it's pretty much everything..
But they do other stuff later that is especially for flexibility and strength...so it's pretty much just the warmup even though it's helping the flexibility and strength...
I don't know if you got that...I'm not very good at explaining things..xD
