Kate Mulgrew is fantastic!!! To think she wasn't the original Janeway!!! Whew!!!....So glad she came along. She was amazing. And she's so delightful as herself too!
Kate needs a show that really tests her, you can tell that she is an amazing actress from her seamless performances, there is no other actress like her around.
I for one would love to see her in a show like Brothers & Sisters. Where the emphasis would be on her character.
I agree with Rosie that Kate will always be Mary Ryan to me!!! And what a gracious and funny lady she is--regardless of whether she's doing daytime fiction or science fiction!!

LOL Of course it's my opinion that she was the ONLY Janeway! I don't think the show would have lasted with another actress!!!!

I watch the show almost everyday, too! And I agree with you, Kate needs another show!
also to me Kate will always be Kate, not Janeway (tho I love her), not mary ryan, just the incredibly funny and beautiful Kate Mulgrew!
