I was in college when he passed, my girlf then didn't understand why I was so upset. I told her "The Voice" will never be equaled. When I was a kid, I hated it whenever my dad plays oldies music and his playlist always included Sinatra songs.

I became a huge fan a year after he died (May 14, 2000). I was sitted on a bus with the radio. I was on my way home then. A local radio station was playing 'My Way' and they were doing a mini-tribute to the man. Wow, it really hit me, every words of the song and the way he renders it, and the rest was history, as they say.
