Writing a business plan is very hard. Many times I get stuck when it comes to the financials. This video has broken down some of the aspects of a business plan that I have been doing incorrectly.

Some good points here.

For me the key is to write the table of contents first and then develop the business plan around this. The the table of contents acts as the foundation upon which all the content flows and is an effective way to ensure that the different parts are represented correctly in the final draft.

I like this. It is short but concise and it tells what I needed to know in a short easy way, unlike the rest i scanned through. A lot of talk and just repeating what everybody already know.
