If this can help you, Naughty Dog forgot sounds for Penta Penguin in the NTSC version (American version) because the only way you could get it was with a code; it wasn't a really main character. That's why you can hear the programmers' voices saying "Penguin 1" or "Penguin 2", depending what taunt must be activated in the game.

At the Title Screen:

Hold L1 and R1, press Down, Right, Triangle, Down, Left, Triangle, Up.

You will know you did it right since a bell will ring.

the UKA UKA/Aku Aku glitch is fixed in the PAL version, Penta is good, he has the Aku icon instead of UKA..well he wasn't even in Crash 2 xD
