Over the past 60 years the CO2 levels in the atmosphere has increased from 310 ppm to 380 ppm due to man. The scientific fact is that CO2 traps heat near the earth's surface. Increasing CO2 in the atmosphere means more heat and higher temperatures at the earth's surface and changes in global weather.

Rep Dana Rohrabacher is an idiot with a big mouth. The real problem with Rohrabacker and idiots like him (including those posting here on YT) is that they are dooming the rest of us!
