  • That interviewer should have his hands tied behind his back XD

  • WYMAN = PEDO

  • I miss Bill.

  • @redlion195 So Do I...

  • I admire to Bill because he is really cool bass player!! He just stand there and plays the bass and lays the foundations to the Rolling Stones sound, infact he is the SOUND!!!!

  • @BassLinezzz They hardly sound the same without him.

  • Bill's humble, low key demeanor reminds me a lot of George Harrison. Both were such cool guys who never seemed to take advantage of their fame by acting condescending or egotistical. I like that.

  • the host is such a lame

  • the russell brand of the late 70's

  • Bill is pissed to see the cut out of Mick.

  • And its all in the best possible taste !

  • What a creep Everett is!!

  • bills eyes say.. "touch me one more time and you owe me dinner bitch"

  • Kenny is so obnoxious.

  • LOL at touching the knee all the time!

  • What a frickin moron that guy was..

  • How lame can you get? This was embarrassing.

  • You're in my bubble

  • What year was this?

  • I sort of stand there and play bass!! LOOL

  • @babayabadabadu a man does not have any business putting his hand on my leg, no i don't have any psychological problem, do you?

  • I thought this clip was pretty funny-wish there was more of it.Everyone always talks about Mick's solo tour he took. Keith talks about Mick but Keith put out a solo album too.,.I did not think he had a lead vocal voice,Course thats just my opinion.Does anyone remember Bill Wyman's solo album, called Mon key something?Rolling Stone magazine had a contest and I won one of the albums.I am glad it was free, because it was so awful I could not listen to the whole album

  • This guy is gay as can be. He can't stop touching Bill's leg!

  • @simmersammer Well yes he is gay .. or was.

  • Im one of the biggest rolling stones fans in the world (and i mean that) but billy willy was a derranged paedo, none of the others liked him even charlie! Disgrace to the best band to grace the world

  • @peverill LOL Bill was and still is Charlie's best mate and vice versa. You call yourself that big a stones fan and you are bashing ol' Bill? Even Keith misses him.

  • Why is he touching Wyman like that?? I would have been mad if a man had touched me like that.

  • @Yellyist hey i noticed that too, how he kept putting his hand on his leg that would have made me very uncomfortable.

  • @barnabas50 Especially if i had known that he was gay...

  • @Yellyist exactly

  • :-)

  • The Stones have always been Keith, Charlie, Bill and Ian Stewart. Saw Bill play on his 70th birthday at Preston and he did a bass solo (unprepared) he was great.

  • @KendalAudiologist ''The Stones have always been'' who? Really, no Brian? Without Brian and his band, keith would possibly have been nobody Richards!

  • the stones have always been, Keith, Charlie, Bill and Ian Stewart. S

  • @KendalAudiologist Brian Jones, Mick Taylor and Ronnie Wood

  • The Old Bill Knows...

  • K.E. What a silly prick!

  • @FidelCastro128 what does his name stand for

  • The thing I like about Wyman is the unpredictable way he handled some very typical songs and rhythms, especially early on in the Stones recording career. His idea of how to handle the beat on their version of "Not Fade Away", is great. I've never heard another bass player play the song like that, although it is now something that I've stolen from ol' Bill. He also plays very cool and/or innovative lines on some of these: - Have Mercy

  • Or Jumpin Jack Flash - the original, studio single. Wyman just pumps relentlessly on the root note, which gives it a drive that's completely missing from the live, Daryl Jones version.

  • @lowend100

    keef played bass on JJF

  • - Satisfaction - It's unbelievable how many people think the bass just mimics the guitar line in this song, which would have been the predictable thing to do. Instead, Wyman plays a loping counter-rhythm against it, based on the two root chords. To me, it sounds derived from songs like "Born in Chicago". Brilliant idea, and one of the components that makes the beat to that song so infectious. There are plenty of other examples, the guy was a real original in my opinion.

  • I like Bill Wyman, but that relationship and marriage to Mandy Smith was repellent. I mean, it's not as if Wyman was some hick from the backwoods of Arkansas.(so Arkansas). And what was with Mandy Smith's mother?

This interview is quite charming. Wyman has an everyman quality that's quite winning.

  • @written12 Have you ever been to Arkansas???Or just mouthing cliches?

  • And who cares who he married?

  • I'm a bass player, and am familiar with a lot of the great bassists in the world, and there are plenty. Like Willie Weeks, who played on Fingerprint File and It's Only Rock & Roll. I'm very picky too, and I think Bill Wyman is a great bass player. There's no one else that plays like him. For my money, the Stones' rhythm section sound went way downhill, when Daryl Jones replaced him. He was part of the thing that made that band tick, a real innovator. Daryl's a better technician, but who cares?

  • @lowend100

Interesting comments. Since you're a bass player, I think I have another listen. What tracks would you recommend that nicely show off his playing?

  • There are some goon comments below mine. Read on- If you dare. HAHAHAHA!

  • That host is a right prick.

  • Old Kenny Everett just can't keep his hands off Wyman's thigh, I notice...

  • @ronson232 and bill isnt too comfortable with that, i notice..

  • Get your hand off his leg, creep.

  • I guess to many people, no matter how bad a Rolling Stone acts or plays, the Stones can do no wrong. This is pathetically ridiculously bad. Bill Wyman can't even read the cards with any feeling of naturalness. And still people write stuff like "this is cool" and "great". The deal must surely have been made with the devil himself!

  • British and rock, hell opposites ....

  • Brings BILL Back

  • Amazing if he wasnt a pop star he would be a paedo. Not funny and not coo!

  • @cgs1949

  • @cgs1949 in former times it was quit normal for wealthy man to marry young women. Nothing bad when they treat them good.Whats about the millions of textil-industry-child-slaves who produce also our expensive label-brand-things for a handfull rice ,living in slums.seldom read about in our"independent" press.

  • Did he touch Bill's thigh like a million times?

  • HB BILL!!!!

  • Happy birthday,Bill!

  • This guy is the worst !

  • how many times does the interviewer touch bills thigh,....should have been punched

  • @CletusColtrane LOL Kenny Everet was a flaming fag

  • even though i don't like bill as much as Mick-Keith-Ronnie (who are my favourites), i have to say that in this video he looks very good!!! and at 1:55 SO FUNNY so as the whole interview!!!

  • I MET HIM :) his daughter matilda was like my best friend and we would play hide and seek under my bed lol

  • wow that presenter is a fuckwit

  • @otumoetaipat Was a famous British comedic tv presenter.

  • The interviewer is an idiot!

  • @TheWoud He was a comedian.

  • Very funny! Both performances.. from Kenny and Bill of course! Thanks for uploading

  • Yeah come back Bill! You were part of something worth while!

  • Fuckin' Aweful .Atfer 4 solo vdeos i just watch, now this,I gotta put you down.some guys are only cut out for supporting roles, not starring.

  • Wow, that was worthless!!

  • ...HA HA !!...very funny!!

    luv ya' Vicks!

  • "Whom?" 0:42

  • The Kenny Everett Video Show! Classic!!

  • @DEATHCRUE69 My god, what kind of relationship they have. Luckily, both mother and step-father in-law; son and step-mother in law don't have kids: Otherwise, more complicated!

  • Well, Jagger did say Wyman was a dirty old man lol.

  • That mick cutout is sweet. I wonder where you can get one?

ANYONE HAVE ONE? Ill buy it.

  • Hands on my knee more than once -theres a punch.

  • what year is this?

  • ew... wyman at age 46 started a relationship with a 13 year old.... thats disgusting !

but bill is a great bass player !

  • why? what's wrong with middle aged women?

  • i just think that a 46 year old dating a 13 year old is disgusting. im 13 and i would never do that.

  • @JONFATSARNOTT ..................It was a joke! Of course, I would never condone such a thing. Nor do I understand it, what in the hell would even talk about?

  • @JONFATSARNOTT ..................It was a joke! Of course, I would never condone such a thing. Nor do I understand it, what in the hell would even talk about?

  • @icl96 , I wrote that comment as a joke. What the hell would you talk about with her? Maybe they hooked up because she needed help with her homework!!

  • @icl96 , I wrote that comment as a joke. What the hell would you talk about with her? Maybe they hooked up because she needed help with her homework!!

  • @icl96 He beat the "stones" with this relationship lightyears with their pseudo-revoluzzer-sex-drugs-and-rockn-roll-image.My respect Bill.

  • At age 47, the Rolling Stones' bassist, Bill Wyman, began a relationship with 13-year old Mandy Smith, with her mother's blessing. Six years later, they were married, but the marriage only lasted a year. Not long after, Bill's 30-year-old son Stephen married Mandy's mother, age 46. That made Stephen a stepfather to his former stepmother. If Bill and Mandy had remained married, Stephen would have been his father's father-in-law and his own grandpa

  • lol!!!! thats fucking goofy.

  • Uhhhh.. no. Try again. Dumbass.

  • @normanbrees You better do your research before you call someone a dumbass...

  • @DEATHCRUE69, that's unbelievable.

  • but its true

  • @DEATHCRUE69 Bill and Mandy actually were married at the time Stephen married Mandy's mother. They were separated but the divorce was not yet final.

  • very true

  • @DEATHCRUE69 Where is Bill? Cannot get a direct line. Do you have his number?

  • @DEATHCRUE69 LOL!

  • @DEATHCRUE69 Your shitting me . Is that true about Bill Wyman's son marrying Mandy Smith's mum ?

  • @DEATHCRUE69 LOL!!!! This is more complicated than calculus. If a test question asked for a formula for this trysty relationship nobody would get it right. I'm still laughing!!!

  • @DEATHCRUE69 I get tired of them once they turn 20 too.

  • @DEATHCRUE69 When Bill and Mandy broke up the magazines all reported it was over Mandy being put in the hospital and diagnosed with some very serious disease,I can't remember just what. Course that was the magazines-but usually where theres smoke, theres fire!At the time I thought Bill and his clan should have been on the Jerry Springer show.I've wondered if Stephen is still married to the Mom?

  • Im a huge stones fan and they aren't the same without Bill. Wish you'd come back Bill! A tour with bringing Bill and Mick Taylor back would be awesome!!!

  • he is very funny!^^

  • Bill should come back...

  • Ha ha this is great, very funny. Bill is cool!!

  • Hes wasnt having sex with her when she was thirteen. He waited till she was 18.

  • actually he was having sex with her when she was 14, then after he divorced her his son married her and he married her mother.

  • It's all good, legal and proper in some places; even in Europe.

  • it should be , if it's mutually agreeable.....we 'intelligent' humans don't seem to understand how our bodies think.....needless to say, for practical and legal purpoese i shall always be a law abiding citizen.....and, by the way, pot grows from trees and is not a drug.

  • lol awh Bill looked so cute it seem like the older he got the better looking he got he is just plane cute!!

Love the video the end was so adorable!! thanks for post

  • Hey you all who are talking about "paedophils'" and shit like that! You read too much of stupid tabloids. They are written for fools! Bill Wyman has nothing to do with that and has never had! SHUT THE HELL UP AT LAST!

  • Well said.

  • for sure he had a relationship with her from her 12th year onwards, that's a fact.

  • feothy buggah

  • if dude put his hand on Bill's thigh one more time, I was gonna jump thru the screen and rip it off... 0-0 LOL

  • Shut up you fool! Shame on you! Your comments are insulting, stupid and ridiculous!

  • why are they insulting, stupid and ridiculous? honestly, why? please explain

only paedophiles and idiots would be insulted by that comment! which one are you?

its the truth, he's a paedophile! just because he is a rolling stone does not alter this clear and blatant fact! i cant believe you don't get this!

  • @jaydoubleyou1977 You f.... godd.... bl.... asshole!!!!!! He never was accused in such a case.you evil, bloody, little social-security looser.Burn in hell!!!!!

  • giantcol08 "the english are poofters, bill wymans had loads of pussy"? is he fuckin french then?, bit confused there dickhead

  • they did the same zoom thing to george harrisons nose in an interview, don't know the real one but weird al used it in his fake interview, give it a look, dudes!!!

  • just a fact:

At age 47, the Rolling Stones' bassist, Bill Wyman, began a relationship with 13-year old Mandy Smith, with her mother's blessing. Six years later, they were married, but the union only lasted seventeen months. Not long after, Bill's 30-year-old son Stephen married Mandy's mother, age 46. That made Stephen a stepfather to his former stepmother, Mandy.

Think it also made him a stepfather to his own DAD!! -well as they say its all Rock n Roll!!

  • wow man thats fucked lol

  • that's nothing dude, jerry lee lewis married his third wife who was his 13 year old cousin at age of 22 and their first child was born when she was 15.

His bride, for her part, told the gathering that fifteen wasn't too young to marry back home: "You can marry at 10 if you can find a husband."

but don't forget the King himself:

And when Elvis himself fell in love with a 14-year-old girl, Priscilla Beaulieu, the following year, steps were taken to make sure that it's not become public.

  • "And when Elvis himself fell in love with a 14-year-old girl, Priscilla Beaulieu, the following year, steps were taken to make sure that it's not become public."

    Any proof of it?

  • ever heard of Priscilla Presley, mother of

    Lisa Marie Presley?

look, this is a fact, ok, just look it up on the web.

  • It's nothing on a fact!

Priscilla herself said that Elvis didn't even touched her before marriage.

  • well, we will never know that for sure, but i never said that he touched her, but like it is, we can't know.

and i also don't know wether bill F++++d a 12 year old girl, you know, could be, could not be.

  • very good thanks for the post

  • BILL! The coolest King and THE english gentleman!

  • Uh, it's a joke, folks. Get it?

  • fuckin loves touching his leg... fag

  • Totally..

  • nobody can beat mick jagger white n

  • I never understood Wyman's take on being in the Stones. He almost seemed to be embarassed to be in the band.

  • wow, and i love those christmas beatles records.. cool stuff dude!

  • thanks mark919! have a great day

  • great! big fan from america never knew about this guy! who is that host?

  • The late, great Kenny Everett ( born Maurice James Christopher Cole). He started as a DJ on the pirate radio station Radio London. He teamed up with Dave Cash for the Kenny & Cash Show, one of the most popular pirate radio programmes. He was then given his own show by Radio Luxembourg in 1966. Within a year, he had joined the BBC's new pop music station Radio 1 after previewing The Beatles' new album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and interviewing the band.

  • Everett had struck up a friendship with The Fabs and accompanied them on their 1966 tour of the US, sending back daily reports for Radio London. He also produced their 1968 and 1969 Christmas records.Everett had a great love of sound recording equipment, in particular using reel-to-reel tape recorders, often adding sound-on-sound to his recordings and stereo/multi-track recordings of his pseudo-singing voice. These were broadcast on air regularly and he often created his own radio jingles.

  • Everett came out as gay in the late 80's. He launched himself into the London gay club scene and could often be seen in the London club Heaven (then a very popular clubbing destination) on Saturday nights. He seemed never to fully come to terms with his sexuality, however, and suffered bouts of severe depression. By the 1990s Everett's health was declining. He died on 4 April 1995 from AIDs.

  • Kenny Everett !! Creative genius !! Sadly missed by me for his creative right brain craziness !!

  • huahuahuahauhauhau, amazing

  • Great clip, Kenny was a complete loon and sadly missed, Wyman a top sport for going on his show.

  • Hahahahaha.. That was very funny! Bill makes for a terrific straight man

  • British humor. Gotta love it. I'm off to check out Keith Richards solo stuff. I love him. x

  • That's Kenny Everett?

  • Deadpan Bill

  • who's the girl?

  • I am surprised that Bill let himself be interviewed by Terry Wogan...he is such a dick.

  • That was rather humorous.

  • well he did date a 13 year old girl when he was in his forties, nevertheless, hes still a great bassist...

  • stop touching his leg you fucking fag

  • yeah funny wasn't it? and now seriously: one of the greatest bass players I've ever heard. What he does with Charlie on Dirty Work and later on Steel Wheels is a source of musical ecstasy. And I'm not the only one to say this. am I?

  • This dork on the left is embarrassingly unfunny. This may be the unfunniest man I've ever seen.

  • it's nice to see Bill smiling !!!

  • hahahahaha
