Basing a call on classified tests is not only inaccurate for that reason...it's inaccurate as the Red Flag tests are not designed to pit EF/F22/Grippen/Rafael etc against each other. There actually designed to develop joint tactics together.
Take the Falklands for example...on paper the Mirage was a better jet although we lost 0 jets in air to air combat and humiliated the Argies due to other factors like missiles/radars/pilot skill etc.
EF isn't even finished yet.

I think it's too early to say that when none oft hese fighters have shot anything down. A simulation is not the same as a hit with a real missile. The reason why the Rafael scored better than EF was because when those tests took place...the EF had the Captor radar which is inferior to the AESA. EF will have either AESA or Captor E scan as the eventual T3 product. Pay attention to what India chooses as well. Their decision is pitting T3 (not the older versions) against the Rafael.
