It would be nice if somebody would make a new WW2 flight simulator. they should include all the important planes like Bombers with all use able turrets and guns, and of course have all the fighters of the war.

@Joshuajlawn ya no shit i am shopping for il-2 1946 and there are SO MANY mods and add ons for the "unflyable" aircraft wtf but it still looks like a very fun sim cant wait

how do you use the 3D camera? i cant use the scroll on my mouse for the zoom either. is there a mod or some control tht wil allow me to zoom and move around the landscape better? P.S. thank you for the tutorial on first mission helped me out alot

hi! im really enjoying your videos but could you PLEEEASE make a tutorial on how to make them COOP missions? because I try to do so but I can only get to fly 1 specific plane (the one that you chose Player) so I mean, I would like to all flights to be joinable for both teams. how do I do that? could you make a tutorial? :) thanks!

@Ricardo7471 As far as I know, you always need to have a functional Player present. There's no showcase previewing of a finished mission.

To place objects, you have to hold the Ctrl key and left click. To start on the ground select takeoff from the properties dropdown option.(where it says normalfly by default) Then set altitude to 0.

What button are you using to place aircraft once you have one selected in the "view objects" menu?

In il-2 Sturmovik, I went to the "view objects" menu, and tried clicking on the map, and nothing happened. I tried right and middle clicking and none of those worked either.

Is there some setting that needs to be turned on or something to make this work?

well if you go to the IL-2 FMB website he has a great tutorial on attaching the mistel and the FW-190 so you can blow stuff up. i also figured out that the G4M2E carries the MXY7-11 (not the G4M1-11)
