Great work, I pretty much play by ear myself...I need to bust out the books again. I find that music theory is inspirational in and of itself. The same way that home D.I.Y. recording is very rewarding, learning the language of music is much more fulfilling if you can read and write in addition to simply speaking. This is quite a creativity. I am a musician myself, and I like what you're doing. Maybe a little progression on the chord choices would make the melodies you're going to create even better. Excellent! I usually prefer music played on the actual instruments with real brass, strings, drums, etc, in preference to all on a synth / keyboard - but I make an exception in this case!! One thing though (and I think others have also mentioned it) - it sounded rather 'tinny' and 'hard' in places and dare I suggest, needs tweaking a bit to sound a little more mellow and softer. I altered the bass on my system to compensate when listening. Keep up the good work!!
