Why would anyone shoot these beautiful creatures. We had an Awake! article on this in the February Awake! Hopefully, conservation efforts will help to preserve these beautiful and often entertaining birds.
just shot one last week on video. not quite as close though. Ironic that they're called common. In singapore, there are much more white throated KF and white collared KF. These are not common at all but winter visitors for us.

The photographer, miss Mon Wong said that the air was very clean, she sat very near the bird without disturbing it. No need to use the maxium zoom length so the video was very clear.
So, whatever camera you use, clean atmoshpere, short distance, holding still are the main factors for sharp & clear video.

what camcord are you using is it panasonic sd5 or sd9 and what program nice quality viewing is very clear
