After you make the two files like he explained in photoshop you can bring them right back into photoshop on the same canvas then press ctrl+T on windows or cmd+T on mac which will give the file you are working on, free transform handles. Right click (windows) ctrl+click (mac) and select the perspective option the perspective option will do the exact thing he is doing in that sony program. Also use the scale option to tighten up the width, which should be under the same menu after right clicked.
@anakves I forgot to mention make sure when you save your file, save it as a jpeg. Then bring it back into photoshop. There is another way but it's easier to show than tell.
Thank you for you help Marcus! Keep doing what you do. Please expand on how to create the entire book. For people like me who has no internet savvy this worked out well. Thanks again!
But Photoshop is mucho expensive. Let me plug the graphics program I use, Xara Designer Pro. Much better! Less than half the price, can do anything PS can do, and has lower powered & less expensive siblings if you are just a beginner. I'm not with Xara or anything. Just sayin'.
good tools and knowledge mate. dont apologise. we are all human and can work the rest out for ourselves. so thanks for the knowledge and the tools. I could understand you perfectly and im from a country called wales in UK where no-one can understand the accent. I wll give this a shot and let you know
BAD teaching video, he speaks to low/mumbles, he moves along way to fast and he doesn't explain his steps very well at all! I'd suggest find a better teaching video you can hear and someone that explains what he is doing and why and "much" slower as he runs through it so fast! He has the problem as many do because he knows how to do what he is doing and why, he figures everyone else does too. NO, that is why we are searching to be taught but not at a machine gun speed!
This is about creating an ebook cover not an actual ebook. If I were to write a book I would probably start with the content first and leave the cover for last.
Nice Nice Video. I really loved your video. Youtube can be a great asset for you. If you need any help getting your video exposed, check out this site called tubeviews [dot net] It has really done wonders for me, I have built 3 Channels up with videos at top in position and this is my forth channel i'm going to working on.
Also Gimp is a free alternative to Photoshop. Gimp basically does the same things as Photoshop without the expensive price tag. It's FREE!
