Yeah, most of these get the heart rate up. The weight shift variations are best once you get the coordination down.
Push ups are great, but the shoulder joint is built for both open and closed chain movements, so it's good to mix it up. The standing pushes also good for shoulder rehab.

hey mate real nice exercises here.
Are theese exercises also elevates the hbp? can be considered as a semi cardio/strength exercise routine?
And i think those pushing exercies can be done on the groud i mean just doing pushups can give a very effective chest and triceps workout.
