i think that is kind of the point. To my understanding...it's about a woman who pretends to be someone else and sends her husband a letter to meet at a hotel. Nevertheless, that's what it means. Kate didn't know that when she chose it. Most likely it was the "boosh" sound that attracted her. She has always enjoyed playing with her own name. It would have been prudent to check on the meaning first, but we're stuck with it now. Babooshka it is.
